1. What is a hostel?

Hostels offer affordable accommodations for people traveling internationally on a tight budget. Accommodation is usually in dorm rooms, which may have a bath in the room or down the hall.
While hostels are a cheaper alternative to hotels that’s not the only reason travelers, especially young travelers, Hostelling is a great way to meet other travellers and learn about the places you’re visiting from people who have already been there.

2. Do your prices include taxes?

No! Our prices exclude all taxes. Prices also include bed linens.

3. Is there a curfew?

No! We aren't keeping tabs on you - you can stay out experiencing the nightlife until the working hours, but we ask that you are quiet when you return and not disturb other guests.

4. Do I need a membership to stay at your hostels?

No membership is required to stay at our hostels.

5. I want to send a package to the hostel, what do I need to do to make sure I get it?

Please make sure the person addressing the package puts: Please Hold For: (Your name) Arrival Date: (Date you are arriving)

6. Are the private room prices by the person or the room?

Private room prices are listed by the room. So if you are one person or two people it is the same price.

7. What time is check out?

Check out is 10 am Late checkouts may lose their security deposit.

8. What time is check in?

You can check in is after 3 pm to 10pm.
The Front-Desk closes at 10PM. Late checkins until midnight can be accommodated for a $15 fee and with advanced notice.

9. Do you have wireless internet?

Yes, we do! If you're traveling with a laptop you can connect to our wireless network for free!

10. What is your cancellation policy?

Reservation cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the reserved start date in order to avoid any cancellation fees. Reservation cancellations that are made within 48 hours of the reserved start date will incur a full amount charge.
